These terms form a binding contract between you (“Customer”) and the operators of Tradie Office Pro — Black Lion Digital Proprietary Limited and Xcelerate Digital Systems. If you don’t agree to them, don’t use the service.
You’re responsible for keeping login credentials secure, for the activity of users you invite, and for ensuring the information you provide is accurate. You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind the business you represent.
We provide a CRM, marketing and admin platform that connects to third-party job-management, accounting and solar software. We’re continuously improving it — features may change, be added or be removed. We’ll give reasonable notice for material changes.
Subscription fees are billed in advance in Australian dollars and are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. We may change pricing on at least 30 days’ notice. Late payments may result in suspension of access.
You own your customer data. We’re a custodian, not the owner. We process it under our Privacy policy. On termination you can export your data for 30 days; after that we may delete it.
Don’t use the platform to send spam, break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, attempt to compromise security, or resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches.
The platform connects to third-party services (ServiceM8, Simpro, AroFlo, Fergus, WorkflowMax, Ascora, Xero, Pylon, and others). Those services have their own terms. We’re not responsible for their availability, behaviour or pricing.
We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside Australian business hours where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
You can cancel any time from within your account or by contacting us. We can terminate for material breach or non-payment. On termination, access ends and the data export window in section 5 begins.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
