Last updated 29 April 2026. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Tradie Office Pro, why we collect it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
Tradie Office Pro is operated jointly by Black Lion Digital Proprietary Limited and Xcelerate Digital Systems (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”). We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
We collect information you provide directly — your name, business name, email, phone number, billing details — plus information generated as you use the platform: account activity, integration tokens for connected job-management and accounting software, and basic device/browser metadata.
We use your information to deliver and improve the service, authenticate users, sync data between connected systems on your behalf, send service notifications, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not use customer data to train third-party AI models.
We share data only with sub-processors required to run the platform — cloud hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics — and only the data they need. A current list is available on request to hello@tradieofficepro.com.au.
Customer data is stored on infrastructure located in Australia where practicable. Some sub-processors may store backups or logs in other jurisdictions; in those cases we ensure equivalent protections are in place.
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@tradieofficepro.com.au — we’ll respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audited backups. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we’ll notify you and the OAIC under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
We use cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookies policy for details.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
Privacy questions or complaints: hello@tradieofficepro.com.au. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
